Tea for Six

Bobby's mom (aka MeeMaw) had a special tea party for all the little girls in the family (5 grandkids & 1 neice).  We had one a couple of years ago, and the girls were asking for another so MeeMaw obliged.  The official party was this past Saturday at noon.  (oh and the boys all went out to Uncle Jon's to swim & do their own thing.)

Trinity picked out her clothes & nail polish and even decided how to fix her hair (she wanted curls!).  She looked beautiful and was ready for the tea party.  (Please ignore the tatoo on one arm and the bruise on the other...other than those two things, she is all girl in this picture.)  :o)

MeeMaw had the table looking all spiffy.  She went all out to make them feel special.

Each girl had her own place setting with a goody bag (earrrings, necklace, pen & pad, candy & more inside) & a special note with MeeMaw's list of table manners to learn and remember.  Oh, and we can't forget the cookie on a stick--that was a hit.

MeeMaw and all the girls!

Of course we had to spend some time going over the table manners before the meal--they had to try and practice what they were learning.

Thank you MeeMaw for a special tea party.  We all enjoyed the food & fellowship! (even the moms)
