We were off to our local Burlington Royals baseball game last night. The free tickets were an added bonus & helped us in our decision to go. Micah is away at camp all week, so we took along Jack as our back-up son. After some dinner at CiCi's we headed to the field. A picture with Bingo was a must!
It was a fun night all around. Add in some M&M's and Pepsi's and we up the fun just a little. Trinity asked about halfway through the 2nd inning how many innings they play. We told her 9 and more if they're tied (she about died!). She thought only 3 innings & we were going home. So she resorted to playing games on daddy's phone by the 4th inning in between watching the game. I will say by the 7th inning the game had lost my attention & I was people watching (which I like just about as much--it's amazing what people wear in public), but we stayed to the end to watch the Royals win 4-3. Yay for a fun family night! We can now mark that off our bucket list.
