Chef Abi

We now have a new cook in our family.  Abi (after tolerating all my cooking for these many months) decided she wanted to cook us a meal.  I have no clue what the Chinese name is for this dish.  She told us several times, but it was not easy to repeat.  I'll just call it eggs & tomatoes extrordinaire, although I know there was a proper name for it.  She had never cooked it herself before, but said her dad makes it often at home.  After looking up the recipe on the computer (don't we love google!!), she worked her magic.  Thanks Abi for being the chef for the night!  Zion has already asked her to cook again, so we'll see what the next dish will be.
